    Lets see what Lanfranco does with goods that should be classed as DOA (if we were talking about electronics and so many other goods). If it gets too hard, there is always the "not fit for purpose" protection.

    I'll be very happy to be able to add a post about a positive and speedy resolution (positive and speedy in my view, not Lanfranco's). I look forward to being able to post that Lanfranco resolved this properly and fairly (again, my view of "properly and fairly"). And at no cost to me!!!!

    We've just spent $5000.00 on a 2 seater lounge and 2 chairs. Received today, 12/4/2016, brand new, leather recliners. Unfortunately, we may have paid a lot of money for something that looks well below what you'd expect for the price. The arms are uneven, you can both see and feel the difference. I wonder what else is wrong with the lounge suite?

    "If our goods are faulty, it will get resolved based on what we (Lanfranco) decide. Also, its up to you to get the goods back to us for our assessment, packaged properly to avoid damage"

    These guys make the highest quality Australian made lounge's if your looking for a top quality seat with all the bells and whistles I highly recommend them also they have great service a 25 year guarantee and the staff are always willing to go out of there way to make you happy :)

    Hey Lanfranco - this is brand new, received today. "a little over time"?? What will it be like after a year? 2 years? 10 years ? - the warranty is supposed to be "lifetime" on the fill and is advertised as 15 years on the Lanfranco web site.

    Within 2 month of buying a brand new lounge suite the recliner mechanisms broke. Had to have fixed. At 8 months the stuffing had completely deteriorated (had to have fixed again). 3 years later, mechanisms broken again & new stuffing deteriorated. Just had the recliner handle break (4.5 years from brand new). We wanted so much to believe that you got what you paid for ($3000+) and that Lanfranco meant quality. To be honest we just want to return this now. Too much trouble for what its worth. Very disappointing.
